A&F Weddings has extensive experience working with Indian families and working with bringing two families together. It can sometimes be a challenge to incorporate everyone’s vision and keep everyone happy. Having a wedding planner on hand to work though some of the more important decisions can take the pressure off of the couple.

What does a Wedding Planner do for me?

Your A&F Wedding Planner will meet with you to create a plan and understand what your wedding vision is. We can discuss your budget and determine if it’s realistic and then start working from there.

Finding the right vendors is not simply about meeting your budget. If you are planning a specific theme we want to ensure that your theme works in the space we are recommending. It’s overwhelming and disappointing to look at many spaces only to find that they are not suitable or cost too much. Also, we recommend vendors who work well with your personalities. If you prefer a very subtle and “in the background” photographer, we’d be able to make that recommendation to you based on personality. Same with other vendors such as florists who might be more suitable to a certain style of wedding and caterers who excel at providing specific dishes (butter chicken – yummy!).

Your Wedding Planner as a Support System?

Something you might not know is that the wedding planner is an INCREDIBLE SUPPORT SYSTEM for both the bride and groom. They keep everyone informed about what is happening at all times. They attend all meetings (venue tours, catering meetings to ensure everything tastes right), and are able to arrange for a table viewing at your venue in advance of the event. You’d be able to see what it will look like with all of the linens, décor and flowers in place so if you’d like to make any changes this can be easily done ahead of time and there are no last minute surprises on the big day.
